To help you make the most of your trip, we’ve gathered our favorite addresses for good food, local flavors, and lovely atmospheres. Don’t forget to book in advance : some places are very popular!

À Bonnieux :

• Glacier Crêperie Le Tinel : A friendly spot located on Place Gambetta, perfect for enjoying delicious homemade ice cream and sweet or savory crêpes. Closed in winter.

• Brasserie Les Terrasses : Situated on Cours Elzéar Pin and open year-round, this brasserie offers panoramic views of the valley along with homemade pizzas and traditional dishes. A warm atmosphere and two outdoor terraces make it a great place to relax for sunset. Reservation recommended in high season.

• Bistrot Francis : A cozy bistro located on Place Carnot, offering high-quality local dishes in an intimate setting.

• Restaurant Nòu : In the heart of the village on Place Gambetta, this restaurant serves a varied menu of salads, tapas, and hearty vegetarian dishes, as well as pizzas.

• Bistrot Le Terrail : Also located on Place Gambetta, this lively bistro is a local favorite, known for its friendly vibe and welcoming atmosphere all year round.

• Ju Maison de Cuisine : A refined gastronomic restaurant run by Chef Julien Allano, praised for its attentive service and seasonal local cuisine. In 2025, it was awarded a Michelin star. Be sure to book several days (or even weeks) in advance!

• Goût Bistrot : The latest addition from Chef Julien Alleno, this new eatery on Place Carnot features a short menu, local flavors, and authentic dishes full of Provençal character. We love it and highly recommend it. Booking advised.

• La Bastide de Capelongue : A Michelin-starred restaurant and true institution of Provençal cuisine. Chef Noël Bérard offers tasting menus celebrating local ingredients in a stunning setting with breathtaking views.

In the surrounding area :

• Un Jardin sur le Toit (Saignon) : For a stunning view and refined cuisine, this hilltop restaurant is perfect for food lovers. Booking is essential.

• Monsieur Tu (Ménerbes) : A laid-back bistro with a breathtaking terrace view. Ideal for a relaxed meal. Closed in low season. Booking recommended.

• Café Gaby (Lourmarin) : A charming little bistro open all year round, located on one of Lourmarin’s liveliest squares : perfect for a relaxing break.

• La Bartavelle (Goult) : This intimate restaurant is highly sought-after for its creative and local cuisine. A true hidden gem for those who love refined dishes and warm ambiance. Dinner service only. Booking required.

• Le Teston (Gordes) : Honest cuisine with a short menu of carefully selected ingredients : unbeatable value in this stunning village.

• Maison Baleti (Cabrières d’Avignon): A seasonal open-air restaurant offering tasty local food in a relaxed countryside “guinguette” setting. Booking is a must.

In Lacoste :

• Le Moulin de Sade : A great tapas menu served in a beautiful old stone olive mill. Friendly atmosphere and reasonable prices year-round.

• Café de France : Come here mainly for the breathtaking view over the Luberon and the village of Bonnieux at sunset. Simple, local cuisine.

• Restaurant Pizzeria Le Sade : With its charming terrace in the heart of the village, this Italian-inspired spot is sure to please food lovers. Booking recommended in high season.
